caring in practice

The following table gives examples of some fees which we have charged for non-routine procedures. These fees are obviously not as predictable as those for routine procedures as there are several factors influencing specific treatments. They are, however, useful as a good indicator of some likely costs. Some fees are presented showing the date of the illness or accident and the insurance status! Please also refer to our terms and conditions.

*These are examples of fees which have been incurred recently. They are meant to be used as guidelines only. We will be happy to give estimates for individual procedures. Some fees cannot be quoted in isolation. For example, a cat involved in an accident may incur the following: Professional fees out of hours, fluid therapy, radiology, medication, fracture repair and hospitalisation. Other animals requiring fluid therapy would also incur professional, hospitalisation and medication fees. Our fees compare very favourably with the results of a recent survey by The Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS).
