All consultations are by appointment,
however we will endeavour to see those clients who forget
to call us to arrange a specific time. We always try to
make room for emergencies and leave enough slack in the
system to allow for last minute urgent cases. Please note
that we are closed on Bank Holidays, Saturday afternoons
and Sundays. During these times, at weekends and during
the night, our emergency service is provided by the Parkwood
Veterinary Clinic, Woodstock. Please call the JVC - your
call will be redirected (no answering machine!)
